The vendor had not listened to me or my concerns. At TEAMUP we interview those directly involved, listen to their concerns, and develop a practical solution. From our initial meeting with a client, our goal is to ask the right questions and continue to ask questions throughout the relationship so that we understand every aspect of that client's business and what it is the client wants to accomplish, through our executive coaching.
